Ian Rosen Relationship Coach

Work Experience & Education
At twenty years old, I started working at Van Nuys Psychiatric Hospital in Van Nuys, California as a Mental Health Worker. This was a 40-bed Impatient Acute Facility for children and adolescents going through immediate crisis dealing with such issues as: anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorders, drug abuse, and child abuse. Over the next eight years I became the floor supervisor, honing my skills in managing and deescalating crisis, teaching others, and communication. I also worked at San Fernando Mission Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital, which were both adult Psychiatric Hospitals treating patients with mental illness’s including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, psychosis, and suicidal/homicidal behaviors.
In 2001, I completed my education at Long Beach State University receiving my Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in Child Welfare and began to work for Los Angeles County the Department of Children and Family Services. I’ve worked with families dealing with domestic violence, substance abuse, physical, sexual and emotional abuse and childhood trauma.

I am highly familiar with the Family Law Court system. If you are considering or moving forward with divorce, I can help you get through the process without having to hire an expensive attorney. I can help stabilize matters and mediate between the two of you. I have done this with hundreds of parents with huge success.
Custody Coaching
Hello, I am
Ian Rosen!
I am a relationship/life coach, whose goal is to help individuals and families through difficult situations with as little stress as possible. Over the last 21 years, I have worked with over 2,500 children and families in the role of an Emergency Response Children Social Worker, which entails going to homes to assess risk and safety. As a Family Life Coach my vision is to help families gain harmony by bringing a new awareness, understanding and perspective to their current situation. My unique approach is to come to your home, to work with you in your environment because that is where the change will happen.
